Although we have a structure we aim to ensure this is not always visible and we try to steer away from hierarchy to make sure all staff feel included.
All staff have their own individual responsibilities and all are seen as important as one another, we encourage an environment where respect overshadows authority and staff are encouraged and supported in building trusting relationships with each other so that all staff feel a sense of worth and job satisfaction and work better as a team.
We have both male and female and personal preferences of individuals are respected. We do not wear uniforms and all staff are referred to on first name terms. All of our staff have individual strengths that we build upon and use to ensure they all feel valued no matter what their job description, title or place on the structure.
