We welcome sincere feedback of any kind. If you have something to say good or bad we want to hear it. We are always happy to pass on your thanks to caring staff and of course equally concerned to identify and correct any shortcomings.
As with all constructive comment there should be an opportunity for dialogue and so we do ask you for contact details so that we can do our very best to respond to your comment.
Derbyshire House Policy and procedure for complaints
Derbyshire House works hard to deliver the highest standard of service to those who live with us, to those who use and visit our home, and to those external parties who might interact with us. However, we may not always get this right – therefore we invite people to draw out attention to any issues causing concern by providing critical feedback. We encourage any person living with us, visiting us or using our service, if they feel, to write any comments, complaints, concerns or compliments and put them in our suggestion box located at the Main Entrance – we use this feedback as opportunities to learn, adapt and improve.
